That's pretty much the equivalent of the yawara stick style weapons, with the addition of the spray.

In California, and through mail order, there are legally approved versions made from a Tak Kubota design that are called something like Kubotans or something I think. Anyway, they're easy to find in martial arts stores, come in wood or metal, with rounded or slightly pointed ends, and a keychain attached. Very much like the thing you have pictured there.

Just an FYI the Inova XO looks like it's a step up. These are awesome lights and they are very powerfull. I just wish they took Pila 168S's.
