7Stud in Play Poker Like the Pros

This week i started playing 1/2 7 Card Stud just to have a change from Holdem and sometimes i pick a table to have some fun.
The only thing i have at home about 7 Card Stud is Phil book which is only around 30 pages long on the subject.
What i would like to know is what experienced players think of this small chapter since atm im not thinking of ordering any other books.

I haven't gotten around to reading that section. Perhaps I never shall. I did think the stud/8 section was OK, which is more than I can say for the limit hold'em section.

Are you trying to say I should play more than the 10 hands he suggests? Wow, time to revamp my game...

Well, that was in hold'em. His stud advice isn't as ultra-tight.

I felt that the chapter was decent, but not great, either. You could probably do a lot better with the stud books from 2+2.
