Turn: (4.25 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)

Final Pot: 8.25 BB

I'd like comments on turn and river.

Is it better to disguise your hand preflop and often go for a CR with 88 here or do you prefer 3-betting?

Unfortunately this hand is very read dependent, but...

I would cap preflop and the rest of it looks OK...hard to say with no read though.

Maybe I am just suffering from seeing monsters everywhere, but why not just bet/fold the turn and the river?

I play it the exact same way in the absence of reads. 3-betting pf is ok, but I hate being out of position with a mid pp against your average overaggro party goon.

This is what I thought after the hand as well, but if he has a hand like KJ then the turn A is a perfect opportunity to get me off a better hand. That was my fear so I thought a check might make him bluff a hand like that. Not sure which line is better.
