Default Help with Excel

Ok I am creating a spreadsheet for and have two questions on how to do things if anyone can help me out.

1) How can I center a title across two cells.
2) How can I create a formula that I can just fill across. Like the first one would be B3/B7 then then C3/C7....etc... I can't remember thought it was something with dollar signs or something.

Thanks.

Select Cells->Format->Format Cells->Alignment->Merge Cells

Place a '$' in front of either the column letter or the row number in the formula string to make it not change when you copy the formula. If you want both to remain persistent, then put a '$' in front of both.
