To make a long story short. They gave me the run around for about a week and then refused to pay me unless I accept a ridiculous charge for them to send me a check. No where on their website does it list this policy. "But it's listed on their old website." it was explained to me. Bad customer service, stall tactics, and high fees. And to top it all I may or may not get my withdrawl, minus the $40 fee of course.

Yes, BetRoyal is in a lot of trouble. I would def. stay away from them no matter how good their lines and bonuses look.
