running playerview

ive been using pokertracker for a while, and am trying to integrate playerview in, but i cant seem to get it to work. ive downloaded the microsoft .net framework and, supposedly, installed that, but when i try to install playerview, its saying i have no .net. Obviously im not terribly computer literate, but i'm also kind of lazy, so if anyone has suggestions or a quick fix...
