If you have KK, do you ever fold PF or just call somewhere PF instead of pushing and see a flop and re-evaluate then? Because stacks are sort of deep and there's lots of money at play, do you play a little more cautiously regardless of table image or meta-game stuff?

I don't think it will ever get folded at these stakes....people push with a lot less from what I have observed.....

Yes, true, and I agree.

But maybe the KK hand could've just called after the 2nd or 3rd raise or whatever PF and could've easily folded his hand on the flop or turn or river once that Axxxx board hits. Obviously, the AA hand will slow play if he's willing to trap and KK wouldn't lose his stack.

Another way to play is to just see a flop and IF the Ace doesn't hit then maybe he can get more info. He'll probably go all-in anyways but just saying that maybe you can slow down sometimes with big hands PF, even KK, or even AA, instead of trying to get your stack in the middle as fast as possible.

Why not try to wait for nut or near nut hands before you commit so much? Is this thinking too weak-tight?

You'll get taken apart at 5/10 if you do this, much less 100/200. Nut peddling is not a viable strategy at higher stakes.

At 5/10 you can definitely get away from KK preflop. Nut peddling can be pretty viable too.
