tourneys with unlimited re-buys...

On Friday, I will be playing in a no limit tourney with unlimited re-buys in the first hour.

I remember reading strategy on this type of tourney in a certain twoplustwo book (probably one of Mason's Poker Essays or Sklansky's books). Can someone help me out and tell me which book contains essays on this type of tourney.. I've went through my collection and can't seem to find it.

Also, does anyone else know a good book that addresses tourneys with unlimited rebuys in the first hour?
