Default Small blind play

1/2 your in the small blind and have a hand along the lines of q7 os, in that range of crap hands. The table is prety loose, normal Party table. You know the big blind will raise your hand if you try to limp in and it is just you two to the pot. He will raise with pretty much any hand he has
Would you call the sb and his raise hoping to make a hand or would you just fold preflop and wait for a better spot to get him.
P.S. He's been doing the raising almost everytime and your really sick of it

Why the 3-bet? Just to put "him to the test"?

Why complete when you know he's going to raise you? Raise you have some fold equity unless you're saying this particular opponent will then 3-bet you no matter what. A few things -

1) I fold this trash and don't lose an ounce of sleep over it
2) If this is happening a lot, you need to find another table
3) If his type of play is making you upset, there's a bigger problem here

Edit - Your original post isn't clear. Does this happen when it's just you two to the blinds or everytime he's in the big blind no matter how many limpers?

You really shouldn't ever be completing from the SB HU. Raise if you're gonna play the hand.

That said, against a LAG (which he is in this case), fold your weaker hands like Q7o, punish him with your stronger hands. (QTs, K9s).

I normally fold this trash all the time as well but it's really only when its just me and him left in. It makes me upset only cause it's kind of annoying.
I normally wouldnt bother and just fold i've just been noticing on my pokertracker stats that my small blind and big blind play is really killing me.

Everyone is a net loser at the blinds. You can't change them into winning positions.

Yep, you're asking for trouble raising with garbage hands like so. Remember since your on the SB you'll be outta position.
