The aforementioned, unavialabel Bradshaw, and Mel Blount who went 53rd overall. [/ QUOTE ] 1. The subject of the original post was how tie-breakers determine draft order. My post was merely to tell about how the Bears lost out on a Hall of Fame quarterback in the '70 draft based on a coin flip...pretty interesting for a team that hasn't had a quarterback since Sid Luckman. The quality of others that came out of that draft are irrelevant. 2. Are we really determining the strength of a draft class based on how many Hall of Famers it produces? |
