4/8 rule is -EV unless you are bluffing some postflop, just lettin you know

If he is, I shouldn't be looking to bluff him. I should wait until I hit my set and then get paid off. We were talking about the specific situation where you are playing someone tight and cautious that will NOT pay off your trips when you hit. If he will not pay you off when you hit, you must be able to use the same line to bluff him, right?
