Default Too far.

five handed 5/10 on party. Very loose passive limps UTG, folded to me i raise on the button with K7s, both blinds are tight. BB/UTG call.

flop 6d 3s 9h

check, check, bet, fold, call.

turn 9c

UTG checks, i bet, UTG calls,

I'd check behind on the turn since well, I'm not comfortable value betting K7o high here. He's not going to bet with anything that you beat. He's also not folding a better hand. (Assuming he's a loose passive that showdowns with any hand)
