REITs (Real Estate investment trusts) are the best way for a novice real estate investor to get into the market without all the headaches.

I knew there was more to it that buy no money down, collect rent, party on yatch with call girls. That whole tenant calls, fix it stuff sounds like a bummer man.

Funny how so many Chinese-American dudes don't seem to know China exists. It is clear that faded industrial towns are faded for a reason, China. Do these dumb bastards really think putting a 'river walk' along a contaminated canal is really going to turn every downtown Podunk into the next gay hipster new age artist hang out.
