Re: 5/10 UB
I would play it the same way except I would lead the turn as well. No free cards.
Nothing you can do about this, just a bad situation to be in. |

Re: 5/10 UB
I'd go for a check raise, villian is betting this flop 100% of the time. I lead the turn. Play river the same.

Re: 5/10 UB
3 to a flush out, I wanted to play it fast and hard. I also thought i would be check-raised on the flop, as its all undercards out, therefor I led out with the intend of 3 betting.
How is the call pre-flop? Standard correct? Man, I am running HORRID at UB. |

Re: 5/10 UB
thats just a bad spot. i dont have any problems with the way you played the hand, most likely by his actions he had one high heart and what do ya know!? he runs into runner runner quads. make this play the same way every time and you're making more than you're losing.

Re: 5/10 UB
I think if I'm going to play 88 OOP against a SLAA (which I want to), then I 3-bet PF, lead the flop, and cap at every opportunity. He could have been slowplaying a flopped set, though I can't see him having AK after he capped it on the turn, but I certainly would 3-bet the river every time. How aggressive is he?
