With no flush and a three straight I think that this is a very easy value bet.

Heck, even if the flush completes and it checks to me I still value bet it...anyone think that this is too aggressive?

Yup. In that case, someone was almost certainly check-calling for the flush draw and is setting up for a checkraise.

In this hand, though, I really can't think of a reason not to value-bet except for acute MUBS.

I think it might be too aggressive given the number of callers. I think it is a coin toss betting out on the river if the flush draw hits the board. One player I might but 4 players calling I check and call. From a whimp.

There is a good chance you lost up to three big bets by not doing so.
