Default Folding preflop to a raise

I am somewhat inexperienced to playing limit hold em. I ususally play 1/2 at party. My question is this: When I limp from MP with a hand like QTs and there is a raise behind me, what should I do? Do I fold since I would not have called a raise with this hand or do I call since I am only putting in a small bet even though I could be dominated?

this really didn't need to be a poll.

go to the beginner forum or buy a book though. just getting the answer to this question will do almost nothing for your poker livelihood.

You call. Every time. This is one of the first lessons you learn about preflop play. If you put one bet (voluntarily) into the pot, be willing to put in two if it gets raised. I know of no exceptions to this rule.

Go buy Winning Low Limit Hold'em or Getting Started in Hold'em. These will put you on the right track.

If the micro limit forum isn't the beginner forum then what is? I have studied limit poker to a certain extent. I have 11 poker books including sklansky's Hold 'em poker and Hold 'em poker for advanced players. I am looking to seal any leaks in my game.
Once about a year ago, I was dabbling at the 3/6 tables and I raised w/ JTs from the button. (Sklansky mentions raising w/ this on occasion incase you get a favorable flop.) Someone from MP had limped w/ QT and folded to my raise. When I took the pot w/ a pair of tens, she berated me for raising. I didn't worry about her critizing my play, but her fold seemed strange to me.

Since you asked so nicely, here: Beginners. But, feel free to throw around attitude...that's the BEST way to get help around here.

And, generally, limping QT in EP/MP is going to lose you money.
