All I wanted was to check/raise ..... should I have bet on the flop? ... Or did I play the flop correctly and should have bet the turn?

passing on the flop was good, give them a chance to catch up.

I would have probably bet the turn, sucks you got no action after the PF cap

Bet the flop after MP1 checks to you. If he's behind you, maybe CR.

At least you bet the river. I'd start by betting the flop though.

Well sure it's luck. Do you have more skill than me to flop quads, or do I have more skill than you to flop quads?

But, in the end we all get the same cards.

Nh, but too bad you didn't get more action with the capped preflop.
