My job will be part time, and it's completely based on comission. I will be helping people get out of debt, rolling over their 401k's to mutual funds and other stuff like that. I will also be selling life insurance.
Maybe he was kidding (he told the whole group), but he said it was an FBI background check. (prolly wasn't kidding) DOH!

the more I think about it... I want to bail on the situation. I'm supposed to meet tomorrow to fill out the application, but I'm starting to think that it's not a winning proposition.

I found out that a background check will be ran on me, and I assume it'll be fairly extensive. I've been charged with a federal crime and COULD have to do 5-10. It wasn't a violent crime or a sex crime, and didn't have anything to do with stealing money. What are the chances I'll get the job? Keep in mind...
