Default flopped baby flush

Very tight table -- no specific reads

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
3 folds, MP1 calls, 2 folds, CO calls, Button calls, Hero completes, BB checks,

Flop: (5 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP1 checks, CO checks, Button checks.

Turn: (2.50 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 players)
Hero bets, BB folds, MP1 folds, CO calls, Button raises, Hero 3-bets, CO caps, Button folds, Hero calls.

River: (12.50 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.

Final Pot: 14.50 BB
Main Pot: 14.50 BB, between CO and Hero.

I was going for the check/raise on the flop, fearing that everyone would fold to a lead-out bet, but in retrospect, I think that was a mistake.

Was 3-betting the turn excessive? Check behind on the river when the 4th spade falls? I'm not folding, so I thought I might as well bet it.

I'll also bet that no one will be able to guess CO's cards...
