If your not willing to work with the person, don't open your BIG MOUTH... I find it nice that someone EMAILED you, wouldnt post themselves, but when the person comes along to get it taken care of you say, nah, we dont want your help!

The person has emailed NoD several times and has been brushed off each time.

If they posted here themselves, they would not get paid, however they wanted something done.

If this were any other site, there would be outcry, however because half of the people here have already been forced not to disclose, and live in fear of Cyndie, there is not much many people can say.

Someone who doesn't have the worry of being sacked can post this stuff, others who are paid to support Cyndie cannot.

Therefore it falls to me to post it, and attempt to save others from falling into the same trap.

The person has already declined to help several times and has even stated in the prior thread that she is only willing to pay one third of the money owing to anyone who complains.

There is a simple solution, and that is to pay the staff, I have the emails to prove this, I don't just post at random when it comes to this issue, as I am aware that all Cyndie's paid sycophants will leap to her defence.

Now, to put my line together, I have nothing to do with NoD, not cause of Mary, cause of I hate VC/GoldenPalace Poker software, but I do know of the PokerBlasters agreements of opening such a site, which would make it have different troubles than GoldenPalace or Victor Chandler.

I run a casino/poker room mediation myself, and if u are really wanting to get this person paid, PM me the contact info and I'll get it done. (plz include name/amt owed/timeframes of owed to make it easy for me to get this person his/her monies)
