Someone may be willing to sell you a package, but Id guarantee it won't be with a discount, as Stars themselves were willing to buy back unwanted packages...

Oh! thanx, I didn't realize stars was doing buybacks.

Can anybody confirm this? it's a very weird thing for Stars to do.
