Yes flatcalling here most be the right thing to do. I insta-allin'ed, which as several clever posters point out really can't be correct. stankybank got it: UTG had 44, CO had AQ.
44 and A? is really the two only hands they can have. Lukily for me, CO didn't give much thought to our hands either so he called, so now I at least broke even on the hand I then I went into suck-out mode and turned a K. Re: AK hits big but......
This is painfull because not just 30 minutes ago I lost money to the same situation (except the flop was AA6). The other player, of course, had A6.
That being said, it's a no brainer push. Two bullets on board is impossible not to have someone take a stab at and if another player has an ace himself you know that he'll be in. |
