Default PLO8 hand on Paradise

Button is a loose passive, has been playing tilty and has been known to bluff at pots

Paradise Poker Pot-Limit Omaha/8, $0.25 BB (3 handed) converter

BB ($68.50)
Button ($103.00)
Hero ($136.75)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $0.25.
Button calls $0.50, Hero (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($1.50) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets $1.5, BB folds, Button calls $1.50.

Turn: ($4.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $4.5, Button calls $4.50.

River: ($13.50) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $13.5, Hero calls $13.50.

Final Pot: $40.50

Any input?? Fold on the river?

I lost this hand btw

The result is irrelevant to the analysis and can sway the feedback you get. You should take it out of your post.

I think you call the river. Your read on the villian is tilty and will bluff and you've been giving him bad pot odds for straight draws and full house draws the whole way. You want him to keep playing badly.

If you win this (i.e. he's actually bluffing) one time in three, then you break even. Plus he might just have made a low.

I think you play this the way you did almost every single time and the odds will make you money over the long run.

I like the way the hand was played, if you feel Villain
is likely to play poorly here. You are behind to a made
boat, but your hand is otherwise very strong.

One option is to check call both the turn and river, but
not sure what that does for you long run. The Flop does
not have to be bet, depending on your image, but in
general the bet here is OK.

i'd probably fold on the river... you opponent probably has at least an ace and is likely to have a low. hands that would call on the button are likely to include a3, a4 or a few low cards (even AK has you scooped). this also doesn't seem a likely board to bluff at (also, would he bluff-call the flop and turn).

i think that i would have checked on the turn, you are out of position, and the best possibility you can hope for is 1/2 the pot which in this situation is not profitable due to the rake. overall, it is -EV playing after your flop bet gets called.

hope this helps
