Default O8 question

PLO8 home game (7handed), mostly nl holdem players of avg or so skill level.
I have AcQcKd3d on the button. Utg limps, laggy utg+1 doubles the blinds, fairly tight pseudo nutpeddlar calls, as do i, and the big blind comes along.
Flop comes down Ks 5s 2s
BB checks, straight forward avg player utg pots it (he might do this with the nut lo draw, or the flush) laggy reraises( i think he has spades but not the nuts probably with a low of some sort also) the pot, tighty folds and the action is to me nut low draw and about 500-1 for high what is your play here? my read is utg is going to call the reraise, and bigblind is going away. thanks for the responses results to follow.

I'd fold, you are playing for half the pot at best and may get quartered even if it ends up a HU situation, you also may get counterfeited or not make your low.

Fold, you're drawing the a nut low with no counterfeit protection. Why call for half the pot that might not get there.

The thoughts of raising or calling should be so far from your mind that if asked you would have to find a dictionary to check what they even mean in this situation.
