Default 3/6: I make another big fold

CO: He's a fish
BT is a TAG and a bit passive PFR: 13

PokerRoom 3/6 Hold'em (5 max, 4 handed)

Preflop: Hero is in the BB with 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
CO calls, <font color="red">BT raises</font>, <font color="red">Hero 3-bets</font>, BB folds, CO calls, BT calls.

Flop: (10 SB) 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="blue">(3 players)</font>
<font color="red">Hero bets</font>, CO calls, <font color="red">BT raises</font>, Hero calls, CO calls.

3-bet?

Turn: (8 BB) 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="blue">(3 players)</font>
Hero checks, CO checks, <font color="red">BT bets</font>, Hero calls, CO calls.

Lead?

River: (9.5 BB) 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="blue">(3 players)</font>
Hero checks and folds to BTs bet?

Why?-Because I don't think he's betting a busted flush twice into two players and he rarely has a 6 because of the PFR. He could also have 88 but I still don't think it's enough to call here.

I have seen TAGs bet UI overcards to the river, even against 2 opponents. How strong is your read here? I feel like you may be giving this guy too much credit.

I'm cofident that he's tight and more passive then I am as I've seen him not bet/raise things I would have.

Personally I wouldn't 3 bet preflop and I'd check raise the flop. The way you played it a river fold seems good.

I think this works well too. We let BB and CO in cheap, then checkraise the button any flop w/o an Ace or less than two overcards.

Reason I find this viable is:
1)We're not likely to get it HU PF, and while we're 3-betting for value the extra 3 SB in the pot don't earn us significant EV in comparison to what we can do on the flop.
2)Button has 13% PFR. I realize this isn't a strong case for not 3-betting, but as Wookie posted at great lengths, it's more likely that he's tight than loose.
3)Not sure on this; but does it make postflop easier to play? I'm definitely all ears on discussion if we took the alternative route.
