I've been playing very fast and running good, so the flop check was really pot control/waiting for people to make a move, turn minraise was also sort of a pre-river block. I agree this probably looks ugly, but i wasn't expecting to get called in 4 spots pre.

I'd toss about 600 and expect to be called by just about any king. I also likea flop bet/turn check behind line for pot control, you will induce more river bluffs from busted draws etc...

Yeah i was potting the flop a lot cause no one was sticking their neck out, so I was trying to stop myself from being forced to make a difficult decision.

I like the turn raise, bet river combo. I think 7-800 looks like a decent amount that you could still be making a steal here with missed Ax[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] or 67[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] or something.

I think your turn raise was too small, and a better player would see through it. I think thats the spot to get some value, too, and I do like the flop check if you really have been bossing them around. Raise more on the turn.

since you checked flop any pair will look you up here if you bet around 1/2 pot. (they think you have 67 or hearts or something)

i think the turn min-raise was pretty bad. your line isn't consistent with AK, set, or any type of hand in that matter. a good player with a draw or K would probably re-raise the turn or bet hard on the river to put you into a difficult situation. as played, i check behind on the river.

what K does bb call a raise with oop pf that checks the flop but bets the turn?
