I am with Citinal on this one.

Its pointless to not push preflop if you are going to make this call. You would have to have one hell of a read to take the that line.

Push. If he had an A or K he would have pushed you off the hand from the SB. if he has a PP he would have pushed also. If he has a 5 he wouldnt bet so strong and maybe not at all waiting for you to throw your stack at it.

I think your Q is good but I also would have pushed PF after he completes.

I agree completely that I probably should have pushed preflop. That might be a mistake. Although one could argue that SB would have the right odds to call after I pushed. 3135 in the pot and he needs to call 1735...sooooo a push might be right but he should call with most hands here especially with a lot of chips to gamble with.

Being outdrawn on the occasions you are actually ahead is something you have to factor in when you call.

He's almost always going to have six outs or more.
