Default Hand requirements for blind stealing/defending, etc.

I know this is very player-dependent, so for the purposes of these questions assume no reads on opponents...

--What's the minimum hand you'd consider trying a blind-steal with?

--What about defending your blind?

--Do you ever attempt to steal from MP, or just stick to button and CO?

--When defending, do you prefer to always reraise or just call?

This is a part of my game I think has been lacking lately, and I just wanted to see others' opinions on this to see if I've been way off base. Thanks for any replies.

Thank you so very much. I had felt the answer to a nebulous question such as mine couldn't really be answered through the substandard search engine of this forum, but your wonderfully helpful post has helped me see the light. Thank you again for your extreme coolness.

Substandard search function? Actually, this is one of the better ones because of the +, -, category and user options that can all be combined.

Eh, maybe it's just me. Even when using the +/- operators, etc. I get some ridiculous number of useless results. Oh well.

Try adding -re: to your search and specify title only. Then you will only get topic start posts (with occasional re-titled replies), not all the replies.
