Default blind sitting out - steal w/ any 2 from CO? MP?

interesting situation came up in stars 10k guaranteed rebuy

guy 4 seats to my left is sitting out with a 100k stack, average is 60k, i have about 44k. table is fairly tight/passive, guys folding 99 getting like 3:1 and stuff

blinds are 2k/4k

folded to me in MP3 (? the one right before CO), do you push with any 2 here given BB is guaranteed to fold? or does your range just widen from normal? what if you were in CO? with a 100k stack?

of course the CO situation means the guy is sitting out in a diff spot

guys behind me are tight/passive

Given that, I don't need someone to be sitting out.

yeah, it's a push. a smart SB will open up his range a decent amount, but it's still a push.
