Default Rake Schedule

Although I don't play much no limit, I had some questions about a local cash game at the casino. The blinds are 2/5, 200 min, and the part I'm unsure about is they do a $6 every half our rake, instead of raking the pots individually. I've heard of some other casino's doing this as well, and curious how it effects the win rate of those tables, is it better or less than a normal rake? It seems like this is worse for the tighter players, but I'm not sure..

It's pretty much irrelevant if the game is no max buy and good. Greektown Casino had a 2/2/5 min 100 no max, $8 every half, people still walked away from that game like they robbed a bank. Don't worry about it.
