Default collusion

how much collusion is going on out there online?

seems there must be a lot..especially on 6 table max limit games.

would be very easy and advantageous to do.

please correct me if i'm wrong.

It's hard to come up with an exact number since few people know every single person playing on the internet who might be colluding. Maybe the sites can take a survey and provide a more exact figure?

Do you play in these games a lot? If so, wouldn't you know? If not, why would it *seem* like a lot to you?

Colluding is easy. However, colluding successfully and profitably is another matter.

i have played maybe 1,000,000 hands of short handed limit and there has been only 1 time i thought any collusion was going on and it turns out i was wrong

to be a profitable colluder i suspect you would already be a profitable player so i think collusion is very rare

I don't understand why people put in time to post useless replies. If you stick around you will notice threads every now and then referring to people who are trying to collude or were caught colluding. I am sure it is a very small percentage of players, but still a good amount that do it, and surely, most of us, in our darkest hour scheme and conspire to . Word is it happens more at higher limits and that most people that collude are not good players, and therefore not good colluders. A few days ago someone put up a link to a person trying to recruit a team for collusion purposes. It is part of the industry and you simply need to learn to recognize suspicious betting and protect yourself from being a possible victim. Some sites are better then others at spotting and reprimanding colluders, (I'd have to guess pacific is the worst, and stars is the best). Keep notes anytime you suspect someone of colluding, if it seems likely they are, report em. You might get money back.
