Odds for flopping a two-pair or trips?

What are the odds for flopping a two pair or set? Im trying to look for a number like you flop a set 1 times out of 9. I think that is the awnser but I am not sure, and I have a bet with my friend, who thinks its 1 out of 13 times you will flop a set. And out of curiosity, how many times can you expect to flop a flush or actually flop trips, not incudling a set?
