Default Good fold, or weak?

Villain was quick to call the flop bet and quick to check the turn. That coupled with his preflop raise OOP smells of Aces or Kings. This is a 10+1 of course, but I think this reasoning is still valid. Good fold or weak?

It's a tough spot, but you certainly played it right up to the end. I think he could be stealing a lot of the time with a busted draw, but what kind of draw does the guy have on that board? I think you fold.

If I was you I would have called that river. But I probably would have let it go preflop just because 88 is hard to play in a raised pot OOP 2-/3-handed (unless you hit a set).

When I'm holding broadway cards (paired or otherwise) OR a pair, my second favourite flop is a middle/low pair when I've got a single opponent (first is my cards wiring to the board in some way, of course). Very very easy to push someone off by betting 1/3-2/3 the pot. They almost always read this as you having an overpair, and it scares
em.

If they call/raise here, I'm checkfolding/folding the rest of the way usually (unless I pair/set or have a real good pair wired, of course), cos they got 2 pair/set.
