Default OOP against crazy LAG

OOP against a guy who's like 80/50 and will almost always attack after the flop whether he has any hand or not.

At 6-max are you just waiting for monsters? Seems like I'm losing a lot of money to the blinds and when I play hands like AT-AK and miss the flop. I feel like I need to show down middle pair or better, but I can't control the pot size against this guy and I hate to play monster pots with middle pair.

Also, he's raising 100% of the time I'm in the blind. He'll followup with big continuation bets with anything. If I call a raise with A9, most of the time I whiff the flop, then what?
