Does Firefox foul up affiliate links??

More than once now I've had a new signup not show up in my account, only to find out that he had used Firefox to follow my affiliate link.

One affiliate manager told me that their links were sometimes screwed up by browsers using Firefox.

Is this a known issue among the affil community?

yes,

certain sites are more prone to it. on my signup pages for absolute i insist all my players use IE a lot of our players prior to us discovering this werent tracked. Same goes for another, i think DOyles, i cant remember atm.
