Default Need help with something related to PartyGaming

I'm doing a paper in my finance class and we have to write a paper for any publicly traded company we want and... the assignment requries us to write about the following:

"For ‘Financial Policies Analysis,’ students should identify and analyze a publicly traded company’s important financial policies such as capital budgeting methods, mergers/acquisitions policy (or activities), financing policy, WACC, dividend policy, leasing policy, etc. A financial ratio analysis can be a small part of an analysis of the financial policies of a company."

I'm having trouble just finding the first part about capital budgeting methods, can someone who is familiar with this list of policies help me to know what this teacher may be looking for? Maybe I should move onto mergers/acquisition policy... I just can't find anything talking about their capital budgeting methods... I did find stuff on their dividend policy however at www.partygaming.com Help?

looks like theres alot more information on other companies, or at least their info is easier to find. If anyone is very knowledgeable about stocks, ratios, quotes and stuff of that nature, PM me.. I got a few questions that i'd like to ask which should be pretty simplistic if you follow this stuff regularly.

Types of Budgets

As for using PartyGaming for your paper, while much of what you need is available; you will be able to get significantly more info on publically traded companies in the US.

If you decide to go with Party, let me know if you have any trouble finding anything else that you need.
