Default Absolute bumps it up to 70k

I just got an email from Absolute notifying my that their 60k Guarantee sunday tournament was just bumped up to 70k. I'm fairly certain they had an overlay last week when it was 60k, can someone please confirm this?

Also, I've never played an MTT or SNG at Absolute. Could somebody please tell me how you like the structure. Also tell if the SNG structure is different from the MTT structure...thanks

I didn't play but I can confirm there was a decent overlay. I believe it made the tourney about a $136 buyin instead of $100. I haven't played many MTT's on AP but their structure seemed fine to me...nothing really bad stood out.

I'll be in on Sunday...

It's actually a decent set up. I played the 50K, but not the 60K. I satellited into the 70K for this weekend on my 1st 10.00 try Tables are 9 handed, not 10. Blinds start at 10/20 and after 100/200 there's an ante which I like as well. There are some VERY good players on their TLB, but most are pretty bad. I lost last week set over set. booo There were around 450 or so runners last weekend. The overlay was in the thousands and yet they still bumped it up which is great. As always, try to get a big stack early and punish the small stacks. I've won a few tourneys on absolute. They are very fun.
