Default Borgata 10/13-10/16... anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Making my monthly voyage up to Borgata in two weeks and wanted to see if any of you good folks would be up there at the same time. As usual, I'll be folding a lot while playing 1-2NL, 6/12, and 10/20 if things are running well. Perhaps some drunken 2/4 straddle mania Friday night with friends from down here in DC. How you'll recognize me: Brown trout card protector on the table, black Party hat, etc. etc.

Hope I don't get stuck sitting next to this creature while up there... her hair wig thing is just SCARY:

Anyone know what her deal is? I see her husband playing 2/5, but she just sits there for hours on end and doesn't do anything. Maybe I'm missing something.

Had a blast last trip playing late night with a few trout, including a fellow DC native/2+2 lurker that runs a respected restaurant. Since I know you read these, you gonna be there man?

No, actually that was a super-cute white girl if I remember correctly. She was in fantastic shape, it its who I'm thinking of. Could be the girl I'm thinking of was out of the camera's view to the right, in which case I guess its possible that is an Asian check in the pink. The photo was taken in late August, FWIW.

I have a room for friday nite...first time i'll be staying there overnite. They say the room rate is 125 but I can get it cheaper if i play for 8 hours and talk to the poker manager?

On the weekends the poker rate is a flat $125... no reductions for time at the tables. When you play you do earn comp dollars, between $0.50 and $1-something per hour depending on the game, so if you kick in a 12 hour session earning $1/hr, you can knock $12 off of your room.

But on the weekdays can you get the room which is normally for 100 for like half or something?

I think now that its after labor day, the rate Sun-Thurs is $100 with a drop to $59 after 5 hours play, and $39 after 8 hours play. I know I've gotten the $39 rate weekdays in the past in winter/fall months. In the summer, the rate cuts are at $79 for 5 hours and $59 for 8 hours.
