Default Bottom 2 Pair, fold to a river bet when board pairs top flop card?

This has been a conflict within me ever since the two people at the table told me I should have called anyway. Limit Hold 'Em 'Stars $11

SB vs BB, I flop bottom two in BB. I'm checkraised and just call. Turn is a blank. This time we cap, river pairs the flop top card and its bet into me.

I absolutely know that either my two pair is now busted by a higher two pair, or she has trips. I had to call 335 more (she was all in) to see the cards, and would have been left with about 1500 if I called and the blinds then eating 30% of my stack from then out. Final 4 players.

I fold. I was getting over 13:1 to make the call, but I knew I was beat. Had a short argument about that I should have still called - and I agree 100% if it were a ring game, but this was a tournament. I take out the 4th player and money and take 3rd eventually.

Thoughts? Was my fold justified even given the pot odds?
