Default Quad board, check the river?

PP 25 6max

Hero (35.40)
MP1 (18.13)
CO (41.12)
SB (15.25)
BB (24.75)

Preflop Hero is UTG with 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

CO is a Maniac, raising 90% preflop. Seemingly folds to anyone elses preflop raises.

Hero calls $.25, MP1 folds, CO raises to $1.50, SB folds, BB folds, Hero raises to $5.00, CO calls.

At this point I have seen CO raise with anything and everything. So I go for the limp-reraise.

Flop(10.35) 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Hero checks, Villain checks.

Turn(10.35) 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Hero checks, Villian checks.

I figure barring him hitting a pocket pair, I am not going to lose here, I want him to hit one of his face cards.

River (10.35) 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

This is a scenario I just didn't plan for.

What is the correct move here?
