Default Favorite different style poker games

At my Monday night gig, we play dealers choice:
Hold 'Em
Omaha (Hi and Hi/Lo)
7 Card
7 Card w/wild
5 Card Draw straight up
5 Card Draw w/wild
Spinner on a Pair
3-5-7
Pinneaple
Madison (home variant of Pinneaple where you do not discard, but one of the 3 is showing)
Chicago Low
Kings and Knickers

What does everyone else play thats 'different'?

Lately our dealer choice games consist of:
hold em
omaha 8
omaha 8 variation (deal out 3, keep 2 and exchange 1 for 2 or keep 3 and get 1)
omaha 8 variation (deal out 5, discard 1)
3 card hold em (i think this is called pinapple)
cincinatti hi/lo with 7 qualifier (dealt like hold em, with flop, turn and river)
7-card hi/low
Anaconda (or pass the crap)hi/low - stack and roll best 5
7/27 (card count game, personally can't stand this game)
Pearl Harbor (another card count game, match pot if you lose, usually we cap the match pot at $10 or $20, though)
3-5-7 (match pot game)
2 card guts or challenge (match pot game)
hitchcock (match pot game)
"legs" or 1 card pass the crap (usually last game of the night)
if we are short handed (5 or less) we play a no peek game called "10-card high low".
That's all I can think of for now. What is "spinner on a pair"?

It's been a while since we've played dealer's choice, but I'm ready to. I have to persuade the gang...

Spinner on a Pair is a 7 card stud game where each time there is a matched pair showing in one hand, the next card becomes wild. There is no limit to the number of times the wild can change. A full house can go to two pair on the next deal of the card, or it can turn into four of a kind.

The last card can be dealt up or down, player choice whether you want to try to change the wild to obliterate a players obvious big hand with wilds showing.

We have a game called "Follow the Pair" that is exactly like this. One thing we added: If the last UP card makes a pair, then there are no wild cards since noting "follows" this pair. Same thing with "Follow the Queen" (Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img][img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img][img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img][img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]).
