AJo in sb facing raise to put me all in.
Do you play it? Blinds at this point were 2/4k and I had roughly 6800 left and the button - 1 makes it 12K to go.
I call with my A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and he flips over 75 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] clearly his play was a "I don't think you have anything" I'm floating fine until the river and he scores a 5. Should I have simply waited for better cards? I was getting the button and the next 7 hands free. I ended up going out 77th out of 2087 in the $3 'Stars NLHE with that hand. |

No offence but this post should go in the beginner forum.

1. This is a bad beat post
2. Dont let yourself get this short stacked. Start pushing with any two cards in LP once you are below about 8 Big Blinds. 3. This was the best position you could hope for (2-1 fav) - unfortunately you will only double up to about 4 Big Blinds (see #2) 4. This is a bad beat post |
