Default Where\'s a grapher for postGRES (SQL) DBs?

I happily used PokerGrapher v1.3.6.3 until I decided to upgrade all my PT DBs to SQL...now my pokergrapher doesn't work anymore.

Can I somehow tinker with it to get it to work, or do i have to find a new graphing utility? And if so, what should I use?
