Default Party VIP offers / bonus discussion/theory

Note--this isnt a "post your VIP offer thread", there is already one.

Related to the VIP thread, does anybody here wonder if the implementation of the new VIP offers marks the beginning of the end to party's monthly reloads and account specific reloads? It seems party has been tracking and rating players and with the account specific reloads the last few months and now seems to be switching to an even more personalized bonus system. This could mean trouble for the whores.

Does anybody care to lend some ideas and theories? Has anybody actually spoke with party CS people and have reliable information regarding this subject?

I can't see party only giving the semi-lucrative offers to the high volume players because their whole player base model is constructed around the idea of recruiting and keeping vending machines, many who probably are infrequent players who do not 4 table 30K hands/month

affiliates should get $$$ for bringing in the slot machine players. they are adding a lot of value and should be paid accordingly for bringing in these recreational players. The value they are adding to the network closely resembles their compensation.

however when affiliates start exclusively signing up high volume players for rakeback deals, it bastardizes the system, and you end up with this inequity where affiliates are making hundreds/month from each high volume player, and there is no way the affiliates are adding that much value to the network.

party is smart to cut out the middle man to some extent, decrease the MGR of these high volume players by giving large bonuses directly to the players. it's not like affiliates are getting shafted, they are still getting x% of ~80% of your actual MGR.

FYI I just got email from empire with "VIP bonus offer" -- basically identical to this party thing, works out to close to .05/raked hand for big bonuses

empire affiliates cant catch a break huh.
