Yes it is. Just because you are unaware of the millions of films that are made each year for much less dosnt mean they arnt being made. 5 million is a major budget.

5 million is not a lot when compared to other major theatrical releases. but if you're talking B film which is what the guy called it, then no, that's not a B film budget.

don't listen to this.

it's easily in my top 3, probably number 1. you should make sure you can watch it a second time soon after you watch it the first to understand it better. i'm going to buy it right now i can't believe i don't own it.
