Default 10+1 Push Hand Checks

1) 10+1, blinds are 40/80
Chip sizes after posting:

UTG (1500)
UTG+1 (3000)
MP1 (1900)
MP2 (2100)
Button (T2000)
Hero is SB (T1200)
BB (T1800)

Hero is dealt AQo

Pre-Flop: UTG folds, UTG+1 limps, MP1 limps, MP2 folds, button limps, Hero pushes?

Is this an OK move to pick up some blinds from the weak limps here? Blinds are moving to 50/100 on the next hand.

Ok, so I need to have more like 9x, 10x blinds when it gets to 50/100 for this to be an OK push? I figure if I know at the time I have the best hand(minus the BB waking up with a monster), it's a great situation to push to pick up some chips & give me a bit of life.

Don't be lazy. Calculate the pot size, and figure out how much more you're pushing. I think 4-5x is the turning point for these pushes.

I think that he is saying that you don't need to push here to get the job done
