Question or 2.....................

I was looking at the way these guys play shorthanded, with the raising on any hand that you would call with and I am trying to make sense of it. I dont agree with what I see mostly BUT I know theres a whole theory behind this type of play and I would like to know "whos theory is it or where I can read about this aggressive approach" Im new to shorthanded play or I should say my interest in it as I see the pots grow lately and any help is greatly appreciated, thanx so much!
