20 table SNG TT vs. all in and call
I was in first place at the time with about 50 people left. I had been pretty aggressive but still fairly tight. What is my play here? Do I just call, fold, or should I put in a reraise to try and get it HU with a lot of dead money in the pot? Thanks.

Re: 20 table SNG TT vs. all in and call
I think I'm reraising this to 6k. Trying to establish a range for MP2 and think AJ/AQ/77/88/99 is reasonable.
Actually, given that range, if you come up with that same read and are confident in it, maybe taking a flop would be best. Could potentially bust him on a ragged 226 flop. I don't get the previous post. Was this him just smooth-calling AA and you indeed got trapped yourself on a ragged 226 flop? Whatever, I change my mind and just call. |

Fold. You may have the best hand, but why get involved.

Fold. You may have the best hand, but why get involved. [/ QUOTE ] uhh, because it is 10% of our stack, we probably have the best hand, and we have position? folding is weak tight. I most likely call here, because we have position. |

TT may be the best hand, but so what? What do we have to gain? Hero has position, but TT may not be that easy to play with one player allin. |

Wouldn't you love to get it heads up against a short stack getting more than 2-1 with TT? I can't see how folding this is right unless you are pretty certain the caller is coming along. |

Re: 20 table SNG TT vs. all in and call
I don't see how calling would be the worse thing to do in this position. My reason is if you push you are only most likely to get called by a better hand and folded by worse hand. ie. AA KK QQ JJ other hand could be AK AQ KQ and maybe AJ. Fear and picture card on the flop or any very aggressive play after the flop.
