Default 74d in BB

5/10 live at Rockford Charitable Games

UTG+1 is loose, and not passive.
Button is loose and passive.

I don't like how I played this.

Hero is dealt 74d in BB

4 to the flop

Flop: Kd Js 2d
Hero bets, UTG+1 raises, folds to Button who calls, Hero calls.

Turn: 6c
Hero checks, UTG+1 checks, Button bets, Hero calls, UTG+1 calls.

River: Ad
Hero donks
UTG+1 looks at me funny. Then says "That card comes out, and you bet. Really? ok. hm, let's see what happens, I raise."
Button folds
Hero calls

My thoughts are:
When UTG+1 checks the turn, I'm fairly certain he raised the flop on a draw. I'm just not sure if it's a straight or a flush draw. And I'm not sure how to utilize this information on the river.

I'd go for a CR on that river.

I think UTG+1 was probably annoyed, decided you were donking, and raised with not a flush. I'd 3-bet and call a 4-bet.

I would check the flop and c/r the river.

I agree. Betting out on the flop serves no purpose since you've got no outs to clean up or a hand to protect. Play along and then c/r the river.

You agree with my flop play but don't share the same reasoning. I don't bet the flop because you're getting raised by a lot of EP limping hands and I'd prefer to check and see if I can get a clear picture for my best flop/turn/river play by seeing who bets.
