Also people who are required for a class. I used to have to watch it for a Strategic Management class (prof insisted Trump was the worst manager of all time and was only rich because "you would have to be mentally retarded not to make money in Manahattan real estate")

Anyone is allowed to make almost any remark, even racist ones - at least in this country. It may not be received very well, but they are certainly allowed to say damn near anything they want ("fire!" in a crowded theater being one exception).
